Organic Gardening – The Garden Phase II –

I thought I’d share some photos of a work in progress.

Ever since I moved back in September I’ve been full of vegetable garden ideas! Everything from natural ways to improve the soil to companion planting  (did you know that carrots love tomatoes?) to permaculture techniques has been on my mind every day.

Gardening in Phoenix isn’t always easy… Yeah, we can grow year round but 120 degree summers make it a little hard for most plants to make it and our soil… well, what soil?!

I call this phase II of the garden because, well,  I never posted what would be phase I. Maybe I’ll get around to that someday, but for now….

Rooting some plants.
Cute no?
